ServSafe Food Manager Training
The Food Manager Training is 9am - 3pm and includes an in-depth class pertaining to food safety, food-borne illnesses, restaurant management, and the flow of food from delivery to service.
This class includes the content session and exam. Please contact us to purchase your book to read before class. The book is encouraged, but not required. (ServSafe manuals are $80.)
