ServSafe Food Manager Book, 8th Edition are available for purchase for $95. These are not required for the course, but can be ordered prior to class and mailed to begin reading and studying.

This course is also available in an online, self-paced format. No prerequisite or book is required although it is recommended to read the Food Manager Text for optimal success alongside this course.
